Good day,
so i simply sent someone a trade offer with a ton of cards and their knife. They have the option to accept the trade or not. I don't see why i have to me steamrep banned for a simple normal trade offer. I did not talk with them, influence their mind in any sort of way to trick them into giving me their knife. I did not impersonate anybody, i did not tell them to go to a third party site, I only sent them an everyday run-of-the-mill trade. They can simply accept the trade or deny it. If they don't think the trade will benefit them, then they can (as everybody already knows) decline the trade. If they don't see an expensive item in the trade and they accept it, that is entirely their fault. I don't see why i must be banned over it. Valve even released a statement that if you overlook an item in a trade and accepted it, but you didn't mean to, that is entirely that person's fault and thus the person that initially sent the trade cannot be persecuted. Thank you​

May I also add that on your FAQ page where it asks "what is a banned user?" You clearly state that it is a person that uses deception, thievery and lies.

Even by the reporter's screenshots, you can see i neither talked to him or added him.
I could not lie as we have never had any text conversations.
I could not steal it from them as i have never owned a separate account to impersonate someone else.
Finally, i couldn't deceive them because the items in the trade are right under his nose and he can choose to accept them or not.
I understand that i made a ridiculous trade but to be steam rep banned for it? Don't you think that is a bit much?
