Appeal description:

Hi, I have previously appealed under my other account at around roughly the same time last year. It was denied to due failure to repay the victims. I have tried to get in contact with both of the listed ones for multiple years now to no avail. I understand that repayment is required for the appeal to be considered, let alone accepted. I am unsure how I am able to fulfill this requirement. I made a mistake when I was younger, I was a child who lacked empathy and did cruel things to others. It has been 7 years since, I can assure you I am a much different person. I would really like to right my wrongs, but I am unsure of how I can do that with the fact I cannot contact the victims. I have donated $5 to Camp One Step, the charity chosen by Tip of Hats. I hope this will show my willingness to attempt to repay the victims, and also show that there has been genuine change as well.
