    Previous Appeals: Yes, I appealed here before and it was denied.    ​

    Appeal description:
    I took 3 bucks from a guy trying to scam me, at the time he was not steam banned and I just assumed he was a scammer, and even though he was in the end, I want to sell my backpack, so if possible I would like help to find him again because I would like to pay back the 3 USD via paypal if It could get rid of my ban.​
