Invalid appeal for Jupiter™ (scammed me but payed back up)

hi, i got scammed by someone called Jupiter™ a while back and bassicly he has said he is very sorry and even payed me back so i am asking you to unmark him as a scammer, i have now fully forgave him and he seems to be not a bad guy and i know he has scammed but he has even said he wouldnt dare do it again and bassiclly feels horrible, thanks for the help
