Invalid Appeal for SteamRep Scammer tag ban

I hereby tell you, that i have been tricked by a player named

He has given me a website which i had longed forgotten as it was about a year ago. When I clicked the website, it links me to a website that "gives" a free game but in reality, sends a message to ALL of the victim's friends. I was one of the victims and this is why I am here, sending an appeal.
