You clearly failed to read up on and understand what limited circumstances you would need to claim for an appeal review and MUST show for requesting a new appeal. ANYONE can request an appeal review, its just a review of the appeal, its NOT a new appeal or permission for a new appeal itself. You provided absolutely nothing that another admin would look at to decide to grant you a new appeal or not.

You botched your appeal review so hard, should not take much time for another admin to review your request. I like how you glossed over/selectively quoted the rest of that FAQ entry instead of actually explaining what one of thoes grounds you are requesting a new appeal based on. HINT: saying you want a new appeal because you "changed" will result in your appeal review being denied outright. Its not designed to override admin judgements.

You seem confused, ANYONE can submit an appeal review, its part of being transparent and weeding out abuse, they are rarely granted and exceedingly rare that any second appeals change any case outcomes. You may NOT however submit a second appeal unless you are granted special permission (via an appeal review or previously allowed in a prior appeal)

Once again, appeal reviews are NOT meant to overrule an admins judgement on a particular case because you disagree with the outcome or whatever but for transparency and as a check against abuse (attempting a review due to disagreeing with an outcome will result in the review being denied outright and you stated this was your reason multiple times now) You say you understand this but still instead insist you "changed" and fail to articulate any of the limited circumstances you supposedly read/are aware of/listed on our site/faq for valid appeal review reasons.

You can't just shop for a different admin who will be more sympathetic to you. That's not what appeal reviews are for, and you should get the same answer regardless of the admin in about 9/10 cases anyway, and the other 1/10 they usually consult other admins to make sure they're making the right call. BUT... Just to give benefit of doubt, I glanced over the reason your appeal was denied - lying, plus at least 2 separate scams spread out across the span of over a year - there isn't a snowball's chance in Hell any of our admins would've given you a different answer, no matter how "nice" or "lenient" they were. It doesn't really matter which admin you get, they're all following a strict set of guidelines, with little room for discretion. You see, if we gave you special treatment then we'd have to give everyone that same special treatment, or else we'd be playing favorites, so in the interest of fairness, we strive to keep our assessments between different admins pretty consistent.

As YATO stated multiple times, you have provided no documentation of extenuating circumstances whatsoever. Nothing in your pictured conversation indicates special permission to re-appeal, and responsibility to read and understand the terms (instead of cherry-picking stuff you think supports your case) rests on you. By design, appeal reviews are very seldom granted; I think I've granted maybe 2 since I became an admin almost 3 years ago. That "rarely granted" bit doesn't mean you get to roll the dice to see if you're lucky enough to get a second chance at appealing, it means you have to make a solid case under a heavy burden of proof to demonstrate your first appeal was not fairly handled. Throwing out an "I object, give me a different admin" doesn't do that. A change of heart, dissatisfaction with the initial appeal's outcome, or even a desire to overturn the admin's decision for as far as you possibly can (as seems to be the case here, despite that not being a valid reason for an appeal review), do not qualify as extenuating circumstances. Almost everyone we deny feels that way, and there's nothing special about it.
