appeal was accepted, But ROK Admins has no steamrep authority .need SR admin help.

My appeal was accepted 6month ago

I banned 2000days ago because,
I ran away. after i lose TF2 dice gambling
3ref
But i give it back 3day later
after items give it back

I altercation with victim in tf2 game server chat. I got a ban

Admin In one's own way without the eividence and without proper procedure
Just like /ban player

Appeal was refused because there is no record
but after few years They change the rules about gambling so appeal is accepted now

Admins has not been resolved because the Admin has no steamrep authority.

They said
"We dont have Steamrep admin authority
Please wait Until authority is grant.we trying to contact with steamrep"

And after few weeks ROK system is down

I heard bad news recently
Rep of korean with SteamRep Partnership
END 3 days ago
and admins gave up steamrep authority

now admins says
"Go to steamrep ,Appeal yourself our job is done"

WTF....

My unban post(accepted) is not open to foriegeoner And Be written in Korean

I can upload some screenshot but is not Unreliable
.As you know everyone can make fake
