Invalid Appealing for SR Caution removal again

I did not realize that i had so many scammer friends. I was told i had 17 previously... I do many trades and I encourage people to add me for quicker transactions. I have stopped this... I now remove new traders when business is completed or when there is no sign of progress

I was alerted that my claim was denied by "RAYCHARLES..." While in server... The method that he brought this to my attention was by saying "JohnsonRod is caution tagged you shouldn't trust him" repeatedly over the mic and in server chat.

It is unfortunate that his comments against me were taken without further inquisition, because his comments were unwarranted and mostly untrue... He did alert me of my high scammer friend number, but we had no impending trade. He is continuing to slander me both in servers and over SR. His actions are unfounded, as I have never committed an offense in steam trade

I am trusted by many people, and i have a lot of profile rep to show it.. Every single item in my backpack was traded for legitimately, and i have not performed any "sharking" activities.

I have also assisted new traders in ways to avoid scammers, and constantly offer friendly advice with prices and my trading suggestions.

If you do not remove my tag, I understand. I will conduct business as usual and you will soon see that there is absolutely no reason to warn any player against trading with me.

I have many admins and highly reputable traders who can speak to my legitimacy, and only ask that my name is cleared so that i can continue to trade honestly and not have any new traders deflected from my offers and or trades.


I hope you do a little more investigating and see that RAYCHARLES... who spoke against me did so because of arguments we had in server, "I can prove this with admins on Tf2-Trader" and not for any legitimate reason

I notified people of your caution tag because you were requesting to post links in the chat, which is COMPLETELY against the rules of the server and sketchy at that.

I asked permission from the admin to post a youtube link... and got permission... I know the rules of the sever, i am a donator

It seems that RAY's motivation for trying to block my appeal, is fueled by the fact that we were arguing in the server, and i made some slanderous remarks about his sexuality... I do admit to this, and apologized to him for it... I was kidding around.

His retaliation ( and continued retaliation ) was to repeat about my SR tag to the entire server, repeatedly.. Until he was kicked from the server.. which he was on two separate occasions...

I only ask that my review be evaluated based on my trading and scammer friends, not on the comments made by this user, we clearly have some personal issues but it should not affect my SR tag, as it is unrelated.

His biased opinion of me does not reflect the opinions of the trading community

You're delusional. I didn't know you from adam until you gave me the line about your SR tag appeal that I showed you how to file.

Who is adam?... and if you did not know me, why was I on your list in the first place?

Your conduct in the server, makes me believe that your actions are a retaliatory, so i will proceed to assume as much... I never gave you another reason to believe i was untrustworthy... and my original high number of scammer friends was due to my lack of knowledge of SteamRep and the services they offered

Call me ill-informed if you would like, but by no means did I have any intention to lie to SteamRep, or to anyone about the previous condition of my friend's list. Until RAY told me about my SR- tag i had no idea that SteamRep offered such an extensive service. I thanked him for his help and filed the appeal immediately after removing every scammer friend i had... (at the time it was 3).... I was told I had as much as 17 at one point.... My list was maxed out and i had no idea how to keep track of the status and reputation of the traders on the list. Had i known, i would have removed them immediately

If you chose not to believe this, I understand that you are being cautious and respect your choice to disregard what i have just stated

RAY, instead of understanding and commenting on the case in an unbiased manner; You decided to use phrases like "Sketchy" and "Watch out for this guy" Even after you saw me take action to rectify the high scammer friend count you informed me of. I found this to be unwarranted. If i ignored your warning, I could see where i could be perceived as untrustworthy, but i followed your every instruction as soon as you informed me. I checked back several days after with no response. I have now selected email notifications once the thread is commented on.

I just want my name to be untarnished and to have everything just pass, as i have shown by apologizing for my comments towards you Ray,.... If they refuse to remove my tag now, i respect their decision... I solely want to make sure your comments do not affect their decision making as i have reason to believe they are biased.

I currently have 0 scammer friends, and intend to keep it that way.

Why would I lie about having received a response? I filed the report for a reason, and the reason was so that it would be taken seriously... I apologize for the misunderstanding. Now that the email response is set up, i get the comments on the thread as soon as they happen.

When i checked back there was nothing there. Now that my second appeal is filed, i would like the admins to examine my case without your input. From your actions in the unusual servers, you show a deep bias towards me... I hope you do not deny telling everyone in the server not to trade with me because of my SR-tag... and being kicked for doing so on 2 occasions. As well as posting a link with my name in it "www.stealitems.com/johnsonRod" or something similar.

These actions lead me to request you not be involved in the examination of my claim. I thank you again for bringing the SR-tag to my attention, but i would like the SteamRep moderators to know that your position may not be unbiased. I would like to have a fair examination. A right that would and should be granted to every trader.

Why would you lie about having received a response? Either because you were ashamed of the tag or you wanted me to trade with you and buy your stuff. There was no misunderstanding, I asked you on two separate occasions for a reason.

As far as the other bs about me telling others not to trade with you-- I brought up your SR caution tag when you wanted to post links in the chat, which is against the server rules. This is something that you have said an admin cleared you on in server and gave permission. That is a lie, and I have screenshot evidence to provide to a steamrep admin if they would like to reach out to me for that\If this appeal is even relevant as your first has been denied.

Leave your personal issues with each other in steam chat or a relevant forum site. Not here.
