Are Phishing attemps suitable for reporting on steamrep?

Hello,

So basically I got some random lad adding me earlier this week and redirecting me o an unknown website.
Naturally I check the site using the virustotal website checker: https://www.virustotal.com/#/url/07...b5b53b92d77f3fc12b3a884fd55942977d9/detection

The person incites me to login on the site (I tried logging in with a freshly created account and it didn't work) to check the price of my keys and the price of his unusual (14 keys for a 158$ Unusual => Pretty suspicious)

Anyway should a file a report directly within steam itself or is it also possible to file a report on here?
