Ban IP Adress of scammers?

The scammers would lose their access to any communities with the SR Plugin.
With the IP ban you should easily check alts of the scammers and from what I know this works only on Rawr servers. Yes, On some sites you can check the IPs but most of the guys don't do that - I just think that this would prevent more of the scamming and scam attempts.

The plugin has a banip method that will also ban the ip of the scammer connecting if you choose to enable that feature. Is that what you're referring to?

Yes banning IP is excellent, and remember that is trivial to do in SB also.

SR also IP bans scammers in certain circumstances to catch alts, however there are certain considerations they take into account and this is not routinely done (since it can affect innocent family members).
