    Steamrep deals with people who have scammed or been scammed.
    What you posted here doesn't fit into that sort of problem. This guy simply spammed some vulgar things repeatedly.
    You might want to take up a report with the website about his behavior instead.

    Plus, the title on this report had it been anything valid, is also very disturbed from what it should be.
