    Today i was going to raffle some items.In the chat i asked for rep i didnt know thats was wrong.1 hour after i was banned i hate what i did i have readed the rules now i relly want to raffle so please unban me.

    This is not the place to appeal. You are not marked on steamrep so you should talk to one of the admins on the raffling website. Probably the owner.
