Can I get banned for unconsciously buying stuff off steam marketplace from scammers/fishy looking ac

So the thing goes like this. You're making buy order on some item and then someone is selling this thing to you but then you realize that this person is banned on steam rep for being a scammer or something. Also, when you just buy something from market because it had like cool paint/Halloween spell and as you know it will get off the market rapidly, so you can't wait for so long. Also, you can't check this person's profile assuming he got no avatar picture or really common one. Can you get banned for this type of things if it happens to you?
