Can I report somone....

    Hi,
    can I report someone for trying to scam???? (I feel.... he did try)
    He said "if u have higher rep than me i will go 1st".
    In d2l he got -0 and ofcourse my rep is higher.
    I told him my rep is higher.
    Then he said "but i have 600 reps on steam profile" ... "if u don`t have higher rep" ... "if u don`t want"
    After that I told him ok wait I will look for a middle man.
    And he told me fast he got another offer for LC already.
    I did ask him: u accept offer and he told me "im going to accept it" and later " ... "yes im trading now" ... "sry bro"

    and I told him if u don't trade now I will report u for trying to scam me.
    And he start to insult me wtf else, delte my as friend.
    He got still the Items and I don't see any offer for the Items I want in d2l.

    Now I wanna know can I report him, because I feel like he try to scam me ??? (maybe other too)

    First of Profile rep and DTL rep are not reputations thread. On your profile you can just delete the "bad rep" and on DTL you can't see who gave you the "rep".

    Second he's not obligated to trade with you. I understand that his behaviour is fishy but not enough to report him.

    Gona leave this open since Admins may want to expand or add something to my post.

    mhh thats problem.
    He did try in my opinion all thing for it that me should going first.
    And after I did say "middleman" he can't trade now in other words.
    Because I can not going first anymore with a middleman and he can not scam me.

    If is possible I wanna know a yes or no, because he got sill his Item and he doesn't trade his item.

    I am sorry but I am a little bit angry with this situation.

    do you have the screenshots of the chat? if so, just make the report. admin handling the report will read it and decide. Doesn't sound like it, but it may be transferred in the wrong way.

    Yes I got whole chat!
    I remove name and image from "scammer", because is not a report here!!!
    Did mark the important lines and he stil got the item.
