Can someone help, my profile fails to load, and im stuck in offline but i can message friends

    if i try to view my profile or anyone tries it says it fails to load, but i can see my friendslist and message people, but it shows me as offline.

    Restart Steam, if it fails to connect then start in offline mode then click go online with a restart, if it didn't work then log out and log in again, there are alot of bugs in steam that's been there for a long time, if all fails then reinstall steam.

    Yep we are NOT steam support though - issues like this you should contact Steam Support.
    This typically happens when they are working on things or having issues...nothing to do with SR.
