Can't create scam report

Been trying to create a scam report this whole afternoon, yet when I click the submit button I get a popup with this:
The following error occurred:

A server error occurred. Please try again later.
I've tried writing it all again a few times, new tab, and also on another browser but I'm getting the same issue, am I doing something wrong here or do I really need to wait some more (it's been a while, hence why I'm asking)?

it was probably the special characters on the accused name, as it worked by removing them. However my pictures aren't showing, could you take a look? They seemed fine on topic creation preview, but I can't edit it.
