I'm not sure where to put this, but I believe this is the right part of Steamrep. This is a somewhat weird situation on the brink of being a scam if something isn't done.

    Description:
I recently purchased a single use prepaid money card from a local supermarket chain (screenshot #1) I've always wanted to have some nice hats in tf2 so I decided to look around for a place to buy them from. I came across TF2 Shop and saw the reasonable prices and that fact that I didn't have to trade with real people (I have pretty crippling social shyness, even online) so I decided to purchase from there. I purchased 2x Earbuds, a Strange Grenade Launcher and Vintage Stovepipe using my card through my older brother's Paypal account. (screenshot #2). Around $108 dollars was removed from the card (screenshot #3). After waiting for a supposed verification, the trade was made Void (screenshot #4). I thought then that my money would return, but I remembered that once the card has been activated no more money can be loaded. After that I asked their forums about the returning of my money. They said that would return it (screenshot #5). After waiting what I consider to be a considerable amount of time, none has been returned (screenshots #6 and #7). I asked some of their staff about the returning of money particularly about if it was possible to just return the money to the Paypal account because putting it back on the card was near impossible and neither of them responded (screenshots #8 and #9). I am pretty concerned that I won't get any of my money back. I know that TF2 Shop is a Steamrep trusted site so I'm almost certain they aren't attempting a scam at all, they just need a push in the right direction.

Another thing that concerns me is that the site takes your money before doing the verification process. I lost 2.8% of my money through currency conversion, and if I get any money back I will lose more. You can't let someone convert go through the effort to convert their currency, let them give money for something you own, then after taking their money say to them "Actually, we don't want to do business with you".
