1) SteamRep ID block pasted from your SR profile. | steamname: DigidyDOG | steam3ID: [U:1:193978255] | steamID32: STEAM_0:1:96989127 | steamID64: http://steamcommunity.com/profiles/76561198154243983 | customURL: http://steamcommunity.com/id/DigidyDOGGaming | steamrep: http://steamrep.com/profiles/76561198154243983 2) Are you at least 18 years of age? Timezone and nation of residence? 21 Years Old (11/09/1994) , Arizona (MST, doesn't observer Daylight savings time), USA 3) Please tell us about yourself (job, school, hobbies, etc)? Hello, my name is Jeremy a.k.a. DigidyDOG. I don't currently have a job, but am looking. I graduated from High School 2013 with my diploma. I am not currently going to College because I dropped out my first semester due to family medical issues, I got put on academic probation and just haven't gone back to explain. I am looking into getting my IT certifications to do networking or data center work. Obviously a hobby of mine is gaming #PCMasterRace, playing with my puppies, and helping administrate communities. 4) Why do you want to become a SteamRep moderator? I would like to become a SR Moderator to help keep honest people safe and helping people understand there is a force out there trying to actively clean up the CSGO trade community, I also am good at going over all evidence presented and using said evidence to determine the verdict or an alleged allegation. 5) How much time can you devote to SteamRep per week? I can devote countless time to SR /week. Like I said I currently don't have a job and I would do this as a "job" in the mean time. I would say between 10-20 hours/week 6) Do you have any prior administrative experience, or similar (please elaborate)? I have lots of experience where to begin. I have experience administrating: • Arma 2 DayZ mod server (shutdown called Elysium Gaming) • Arma 3 Altis Life Server Currently backup and running (epikgaming.net) (heavy role play rules would get broken like NLR (new life rule) RDM (Random Death Matching) lots of times when you would have to listen to both sides gather evidence and try to cool down the situation.) • Minecraft server (been a long time and multiple servers, I would say admin or op on 10 or so servers spanning the course of 3 years, I have owned and operated some as well.) • Teampeak servers: epikgaming.net (Head Teamspeak Developer), allied-gamers.com (admin+), my personal TS, and pretty much any community I helped. • Forums: Epikgaming.net (moderator, Xenforo), Allied-gamers.com (Moderator, SMF 2.0) 7) What challenges do you foresee if you become a moderator? The first few reports, to get over the nervous that if you make the wrong choose you could ultimately hurt someones trading career. 8) Can you accept the fact that you must enforce SteamRep rules and guidelines? I can, without rules you can't have order and what is life with order? Chaos! 9) Do you feel you will have any issues denying / accepting reports and appeals? I don't think I will have any issues doing the job I am apply to become, If I did, this wouldn't be the position for me. The only thing is if for some reason a friend was to be reported against, made a report or came up in a report, I would have to "recuse" myself from that report. 10) Do you handle instruction and direction well? I do, I have no problem with doing anything a higher staff needs me to do with in the guidelines and rules of SR. 11) What do you feel are your personal shortcomings or attributes you can improve on? Very rarely I can't find the right words, I can sometimes micro manage which can some times hurt my ability to delegate responsibilities, slight OCD brought on from Minecraft 12) What contributions do you believe you will be able to make to SteamRep? I believe I can provide a unbiased, helpful, understanding, yet still firm-when-needed and a long lasting staff member that can meet deadlines and thoroughly, a good attention to detail and the genuine blind loyalty to the entity known as SteamRep 13) Do you have any interest in eventually becoming an SR Admin? If so, what kinds of things would you like to do? (Example- community relations, appeals, scam reports, etc.) Lets get this app out of the way first but, I could see myself eventually as a SR admin in the future, if so I would like to do a little of everything, cross train here and there to become a "Super SR Admin" not only can handle one area of the community well but also be able to know the rest of the parts of the community and help train future staff, on how to be a good moderator and admin. 14) Please list all alternate Steam accounts using SteamRep ID blocks. | steamname: Quackers | steam3ID: [U:1:85050978] | steamID32: STEAM_0:0:42525489 | steamID64: http://steamcommunity.com/profiles/76561198045316706 | customURL: http://steamcommunity.com/id/Quack3rs | steamrep: http://steamrep.com/profiles/76561198045316706 15) Do you agree to the Code of Conduct and agree to abide by it? I do fully and wholeheartedly agree. 16) Have you read the Duties of SR Moderators post and understand it? I do fully and wholeheartedly agree. 17) (If applicable) List Steam trading communities you are / have been active on and in what capacity (user, mod, admin), also give a link to the account(s) there. I don't think I am a part of any trade communities. 18) Do you have any questions? (just comments) I am hoping that my minimal activity isn't a reason for denial...I didn't even know you guys had a forum. I do plan on becoming more active. I also reported a typo in this post...I hope it gets fixed: http://forums.steamrep.com/threads/timeframe-of-forum-moderator-applications.16667/ "monitor how you active you are on the forums," "monitor how you active you are on the forums,"
