Do I Need A Steam Rep If I Use *link removed*

    Hello guys, I have a question, is steam rep needed in all transaction? As I scared by trading with sites even though it is popular. One of the site is (link removed). This site is not so popular makes me more worry. But so far I received all of my items from them.. but I still worried that if I bought expensive stuffs like 300USD then they can scam me.. but so far its safe, I received my knife worth 100USD before.. any of you have tried this site? Is there any way they can scam me? Is there any way I can redeemed my skins more safe from them? They use the paid offers system no withdrawal needed.. So its a bit suspicious.. maybe any of you who have received expensive skins from this site can reply your experience dealing with them ;) below is my redeemed history.
