I'm sure we have scammers over 18 as well.

Giving people the ability to instantly ruin anyone's trading reputation is not something that should be taken lightly and to think anyone over 18 is mature and smart enough is naive.

yeah, we have to be sure that the immaturity is in the right spots, so the mature stuff that matters is not "compromised"...
