Does SteamRep accept reports for scam attempts?

    I've read Investigative Policy and Report Submission Fundamentals but I still don't understand if I can report users *attempting* scams. For example, today I've been added by a person who claimed they need a substitute player for a CS:GO tournament and they are inviting me to participate. This is an old and well-known scam, but I don't know if this falls under the site rules.
