Does this makes me a scammer/sharker?

Someone sent me a trade offer,
a gifted Miami Nights Rimmed Raincatcher for strange invis watch + 1 key.
So, I just accept.



Does that make me a scammer or sharker?
In my defence,
- he/she was the one that sent the trade offer
- maybe he's quickselling(?)
- the hat is gifted
- trade offer is a multiple-step process, can't really messed that up
- he/she didn't cancel the trade offer, I mean, It's not like I can accept it within milliseconds after he/she sent the offer

-it was 4 in the morning and i was tired
-the offer said it was cancled when it actualy wasnt

It cannot be a shark, for it was a trade offer by the "victim" himself. Because:
Sharking is a active thing. SHARK initiates (that may be by asking victim to trade him) a trade with the victim and then asks for high valuable stuff, and get to pay way less.

Its not a scam:
Trade agreement cannot be broken. Both can overview the trade for items. And both can agree (accept trade/keep offer) or not (decline trade/remove offer).

Agree with YATO above tho. Kudos for being a decent trader.
