In a trade involving a lame hat for 1,33 refined the bad dude sneaks in a couple uncraftable weapons but the scam report is"ARCHIVED" - it's my fault because "YOU SHOULD HAVE CHECKED" In another trade the bad dude quickswitches a max's head, it's not my fault - scam report "ACCEPTED!!!" - So i shouldn't have checked if the max head was still there when the trade changed? So "YOU SHOULD HAVE CHECKED" has double standards? I might be overreacting over a couple uncraftable weapons, but if a bad dude deceives to take from you $1 or $1000 you were still deceived.
As mentioned here: http://forums.steamrep.com/threads/76561198097518509-marko_polo.40007/ Do you have proof of the original agreement with the person?
This was the trade in tf2outpost http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/12972316 I asked 1.33 refined... when I ask 1.33 refined it's implied that I wouldn't want it uncraftable, no one has to mention in their trades they need clean metal. I did the guy a favor of accepting 4 weapons because he didn't have scraps. I contact him about what he did, and he refused to take them back.
If you would of asked him if they were all craftable weapons and he lied, then you could of reported him for lying. Also, uncraftable weapons can easily be added by accident
I delete any uncraft item, wont remember which where, so just delete them. and a weap isn't worth any anyway as uncraft, so back to the wastebin with it.
I went ahead and responded directly to your formal report on this. While this case doesn't appear to be enough to show the user was trying to defraud you, we appreciate the report and will keep it in mind if other users report problems with this user misrepresenting items. http://forums.steamrep.com/threads/76561198097518509-marko_polo.40007/
