Invalid Dr.Fabulous (False Report)

Before anyone says anything, I am doing this for a friend who just wants to get back into gaming with his friends as his 'tag' was a false report. This false reporter had closed the trade at the time he was paying back an overpay.

Instead of making a whole story about it, I took proof and evidence that he is a good trader and was falsely reported as a scammer.
