-I don't have any job, I'm still a student. I graduated this year and I'm going to university after my vacation. I will be attending classes to become a civil engineer. My hobbies are soccer (football) and sometimes I fitness. If you want to know anything more, please feel free to ask at any time.

4) Why do you want to become a SteamRep moderator?:
-I love Moderating. I've Moderated a lot of things, which include CS:GO Communities, CS:S Communities, Garry's Mod Communities, ...

5) How much time can you devote to SteamRep per week?:
-I can be online every day for at least 5-6 hours.

6) Do you have any prior administrative experience, or similar (please elaborate)?:
-CS:GO; - Administrator of RainBox Gaming, a community which provides about 10 Retake servers in US & EU.
-CS:S; -Multiple tasks as Moderator/Administrator/Staff Manager. Included communities: NOD69, IG, BLO, GoG... Multiple own small communities (BLO, DR, Fantasy, G-Force).
-Garry's Mod: -SuperAdmin on Defiant Gaming, Staff Manager on SymondsRP, Staff Manager/Community Manager on G-Pro, multiple small Moderating/Administrating roles on different gameservers.
-Multiple other small Moderating/Administrating experiences.

7) What challenges do you foresee if you become a moderator?:
-I think it's going to be a hard task to control & help you on SteamRep, but I'm sure I'll be able to manage it. I'm always up for hard tasks and I don't run away from 'dirty work'. The biggest challenge is probably just helping you with keeping SteamRep aswell as Steam itsself clean from any kind of scammers. I love helping people out and protecting their items/inventories.

8) Can you accept the fact that you must enforce SteamRep rules and guidelines? :
-Yes, of course I accept!

9) Do you feel you will have any issues denying / accepting reports and appeals?:
-No, I've already accepted / denied several things before. I always try to be professional and mature when doing so.

10) Do you handle instruction and direction well?:
-Yes, I always listen carefully to my orders and then I execute them.

11) What do you feel are your personal shortcomings or attributes you can improve on?:
-I feel like I sometimes work too fast. I should sometimes take it more slowly so I don't overwork.

12) What contributions do you hope to be able to make? We're especially interested in previous content or experience that shows you can help educate the community on fraud prevention.:
-I'm always active on the Steam Community Discussion to help out players. I'm always trying to help people to prevent being scammed. I give them tips on how to have a better security and/or how to handle trades. I don't want people to lose their items. Hence why I applied to become a SR Moderator. I'm also able to speak Dutch, French and a little bit of German instead of English when necessary.

13) Do you have any interest in eventually becoming an SR Admin? If so, what kinds of things would you like to do? (Example- community relations, appeals, scam reports, etc.):
-Yes of course, I would love to become an SR Admin in the future. I'd like to deal with appeals & scam reports if possible.

As you can see the other VAC-Banned accounts are really, really old (2000-3000 days of inactivity). I used to hack when I was a little kid (cheating on CS:S).
I have access to my friend's account because he wants me to play on CS:GO sometimes to rank him up. Noone has access to my account tho. Only me, myself & I.

Hi, first of all, thank you for your interest in my application.
I became an Administrator at RainBox on June 27th 2016 and then I worked my way up. I have seen you around a few times on the forums. My last role for RainBox was EU Head-Administrator, which I received about 2 weeks after applying. I'm not contributing to RainBox anymore, as I resigned about 1-2 months ago due to lack of maturity. I still check the forums from time to time though. I still have quite some RainBox staff members on my friendslist, as I play with them on a regular basis.

It is a pity you left the Admin team right before I came, I would have loved to work with you.

I resigned because of lack of maturity. Not because I had lack of maturity, but because other staff members had lack of maturity. I wanted to help RainBox out, bringing mature administration to the servers and forum. We had a 15 year old Community Manager, who had pornographic content on his profile and such. I talked to the owner about several occasions where this individual and a few other staff members were acting immature. It seemed like the owner did not care, hence why I resigned, as I'm not fond of that kind of behaviour.

No problem, no offense taken. I wasn't really clear when I formed my sentence. I fully agree with you.

~Update:
I'd like to update my application a bit. I recently found one of my old alts. I don't use this account anymore, as it is an old forum account, but I still have access to it and thus I'd like to make SteamRep aware of that. I am not active on this account anymore at all. It does not have any games on it as far as I know.

Re-joined my old community called RainBox. I am now a Community Manager & Application Manager there. GentlemaN is also a Head-Moderator in this community.
