As every day wonder in some servers if anyone is interested in my unusual hats.
A guy sent me the trade, and I accetto.I put the hats.
I put 4 vintage weapons, one reclaimed each and one and run exchange.

This might just be a case of him not realising how much your hats were worth, or not knowing much about the worths of items. He seems quite new to tf2.
