Fake Middleman Page

    Hello everyone!

    First off, I'm sorry if this thread is in the wrong place, but I've just joined the forum.

    I'm here to report a page (link on the bottom) that someone sent me while attempting to steal my CS:GO knife.

    On that page are listed some middlemen impersonators that are already banned, but what bothered me is that there's also a link to (I believe) the true account of the mm Gentle, which confused me at first since it's the first time I deal with such a scam attempt.

    I don't know if you guys can do something about this page, but I thought it would be more useful to report it somewhere so people can be aware of it.

    Thanks alot to the steamrep staff and community for the great job, as it's thanks to them that I could definitely cut the ties with those guys and avoid getting scammed.

    In this case both linked profiles were already SR tagged, but for the future make sure to get the permanent profile URL. A profile url that is /id/ rather than /profile/ can be changed at any time and will no longer link to the person.
