Accepted Fake money scammer (PyroPete)

I was in the TF2 chat in client and i'm posting what i'm selling there, he trades me and tell me what i'm selling. I add the Winter Wonderland Wrap and says "I'll buy it for $10", then I asked him "paypal?" and in the trade he put that I'd receive $10 after the trade is done, he clicks ready to trade button and then I said "your funny". Then he cancels the trade and I sent him a message say "Reporting you ," yet he hasn't replied.

There was another guy, he was suppose to report him aswell, he asked me how to do it and I told him.
