Improper Format Fake Rep/Scamming Report

He/She told me to pay 5 keys + gift wrap for Strange Summer Shades.
I say ok since it's a great deal (too good to be true).
Luckily, I didn't give him the keys first, only the wrap so he can wrap it first and then I pay.
As soon as I traded him the Wrap, he removed me and haven't heard from him since.
Not necessarily mad, since I know that I was pretty dumb to fall for this trick, I only just want to report him/her.
