Unfortunately I don't have a screenshot of our convo, but I provided his trade link where I wrote that he's a scammer before he could block me where he didn't even defended himself from my accusations. By the way, my report was tagged as improper. Are the numbers in the subject is the offender's steam profile?

Well we can't really do anything without any proof of the agreement beforehand.
