    Thought I cleared that up last night.
    Without going into details - its just not always something we can use. Is it handy...ya sure sometimes but still unacceptable - full screenshots of the chat box and whatever else around it - love seeing taskbar if on windows also if the chat doesn't have a date stamp on it anywhere.
