Improper Format Found the scammer motherload.

I really don't know anywhere else to go with this, but it seems that I have found a lot of scammers that are all connected to this guy who had just tried to scam me. He has 34 hours and was talking about how his "alt" has a lot of unusuals and buds, after looking at his friends list I notice people with 20-100 hours with quite a few unusuals, I have yet to look at the trade history of all of them but it seems unlikely that they were all unboxed. Some of the people on his friends list were trade banned as well, they also all write +rep on each others walls.

After looking more at his friends list it has seemed that he has added a lot of people with unusuals starting around October 31st, I am guessing that these are his other scamming victims. Although he says that account to be his "main" most of his friend list seems to be new people with a lot of hours and 1 or 2 unusuals, or they have too little hours to have as many unusuals as they do.

EDIT: Also 3 days after getting the steam account he already has 5 +reps on his steam profile, it also seems he stopped scamming between March and October because the posts on his profile reflect that.

Yesterday he added me concerning my Unusual Hottie's Hoodie. He offered 490$ or a Misty skull Ushanka and Cloudy Moon Pencil Pusher... Same exact thing.

I also said the same thing with buds in bulk and he said he would rather use paypal... or trade the unusuals. Very Sketchy.
