Improper Format get this guy off steam or mark him as scammer

last tuesday something happend to me that i tought was never going to happen. i got an unusual but not any unusual a unusual front runner with blizzard storm. i putted a trade up on tf2 outpost where i wanted earbuds. a guy named Hdr |︻デ═一* ლ(ಠ益ಠლ) head shot! added me and told me that one was the genuine price. i belived him as he was my only source of information. we did the trade and then i found out it was 3,2 for them. asked for a refund and he did not answer. when he did answer he said it was an extremly bad deal. which i can agree on. all i ask for is that either this guy gets of steam or he is marked as scammer. there is no hope of getting the hat back it is sold to some other guy and if you read this please add me and lets negosiate. and never trade with this guy he is one evil trader he sharked me for unfair prices

and if you think i am lying as my mate Naldecon Chlorophyll. also who do you think is most beliveable in this story the sharker or the one beeing sharked he also blocked me
