All screenshots are on my profile. I have 2. He said, "selling black ops 2 offer away", but he gave me black ops 2 upgrade to premium or something.

The screenshots need to be put with the report, especially since you don't state which profile you mean. Also, from your description it appears that he wasn't trying to scam you. Maybe you just misread or something, hard to tell without screenshots.

You can just easily check my profile. Both of the links bring you to the same exact place. But anyways, the dude is already marked a scammer, so this wouldn't do anything.
