Improper Format gifted scam

so i had the unusual horsless headless horsmans headtaker, it was an untradable item so i gift wrapped it. i got an offer by jeanx. so i gifted it to them, they said "thanks" then went offline and removed me from their freinds list. i need to have this person removed from trading forever and have my stuff restored. i have this persons team page here: http://steamcommunity.com/profiles/76561198034590988
