Improper Format Got scammed for 24 keys

Hi, i got scammed by a person named "Topher528" (http://steamcommunity.com/profiles/76561198055616792/)


He wants to trade a strange festive sniper for 24 Keys and at the trade he changed fast the strange festive for a unique festive sniper so i didn't noticed it and he got 24 Keys for a normal festive sniper...

he already got banned at tf2outpost.com (http://www.tf2outpost.com/user/172009) he is banned permanently for the reason : Scammer - Tried selling normal wep as stranges to multiple users.

Got a screenshot of the trade history, because first I didn´t recogniced it was a scam. Also added a screen of his profile if you need it.

Description:
He wanted to trade his strange festive sniper for 24 Keys. After I confirmed to do the trade he quickly changed the strange festive into a unique festive sniper. I didn't noticed it at first and he got was able to scam my 24 Keys for a normal festive sniper rifle.
I got scammed in-game at the server: 5bo.de trade server (don´t remember it´s exact name).

Addition (which hopefully interests you) :
This user already got banned at tf2outpost.com (http://www.tf2outpost.com/user/172009). He is permanently banned for the reason : Scammer - Tried selling normal weapons as stranges to multiple users.
He also tryed to scam an outpost admin in the following link: http://i.imgur.com/5mjAc.jpg
