Improper Format Guy buying unusuals for cash via Paypal that does not pay

i have talked to a victim who has lost a vivid plasma scottmans stovepipe to a scammer who claims that he will send money via Paypal for his unusual, he gave him the unusual but he did not hand over any money.

i want people to know not to trust this guy, most of what he may say if not going to be truthful and this is quickly shown on his steam account description

i want to help the victim get his unusual back so if you see a thread about me not paying for a unusual it means i just recovered what has been taken.

First, this is an impersonator. Second, if you scam a scammer than you are still scamming and you can get a scammer tag- not to mention a possible trade ban if the scammer reports you to Valve.
