Archived Guy claimed my max's head is worth 9 dollars

I get really fustrated with people offering for my max, so now I just accept the trades and see what these guys are offering. Most people offer unusuals, but sometimes, people are just out there to scam me.

This guy (http://steamcommunity.com/profiles/76561198053085507) offered for my maxs. I kept asking him how much is worth, because I wanted to see how much he offered for it. He claimed that a maxs costed 9 dollars. This guy cant be unfirmiliar with the prices cus hes spent 1,200 hours on tf2. This is a disgrace, and these people should be banned from TF2.
