Declined Hacker VAC-banned a friend of mine, what do I do?

I know who hacked him by the way he was typing, the style matches up quite nicely. Unfortunately, I do not have any pictures of this, but before today, Awwhellnaw had NO VAC-Bans. I have already reported the user over Steam, but I want to go a step further to prevent others from suffering this.

Please, what do I do?

Well, I don't see any evidence about who hacked him.
I think the best thing to do is to have the victim contact SteamSupport, because VAC-bans can't be reset by SteamRep...

Oh my god, I'm sorry, my friend told me it was a FALSE ALARM. Both him and another friend were being obnoxious on the server. DISREGARD THIS POST, AND PLEASE LOCK IT.

I'm really sorry, I tend to overreact a bit. He cleared everything up, including the VAC Ban (Dungeon Defenders, not TF2)
