Invalid Hat scammer using paypal

I got a friend request in response to a Tf2outpost trade I put up today, He was asking to buy my unusual circling peace sign tyrants helm. Here's the screenshots of the trade: http://imgur.com/a/4eaYs#0

1st of all in the imgur link he posted showing that he sent the trade: http://imgur.com/628RE
He has a cancelled trade and a refunded trade. The problem with this is he said you could not cancel a trade which means he lied and also might have scammed other people

2nd He said that he had "Much more rep than me and could be trusted more"
Those could all be clone accounts that he put up to make himself like a good trader

3rd He sounded a bit dramatic didn't he? He actually made me feel bad for a while which made me suspect him as a scammer.

4th later he posted a comment on my Tf2 outpost trade: http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/3133970
I hid the post due to the fact people might not want to trade me, But he posted an imgur link also, which was different: http://imgur.com/N64xy . In this he hid the trade he cancelled and only put mine and another ones in.

This doesn't maker him a sure scammer. but i thought the way he acted was enough to report him
