Improper Format Help me.

My steam account was hacked. all items are gone. Because a guy send me a link, and i was interested and i opened it and log.in my steam account on that hack site. i cant trace the chat box because the hacker removed me as steam friend. how can i reclaim the items that the hacker stole. please help me.
