    policies evolve. there is a reason why your friend needs to login and verify this report. if he cant be bothered to log in for a sec and vouch to your report then how can they follow up and confirm the details?

    we have guides up for pretty much everything. We need to be able to ask for additional evidence when needed. some evidence can only be viewed by the victim (trade history, paypal history etc).

    Lets put it this way, we encounter at times falsified information (photoshopped, etc). If we would encounter that in this way, who would we need to tag? the "reporter"? the "victim"? How we know the "victim" is really victim, or victimized by a fake report?

    Put up a report, let him sign on, and reply to the thread confirming (as said earlier here), then it can be processed.
