Hmmm, i think this might be an alt of a person wich called himself Hi. (Hi with a .) The avatar looks the same, same gegahost adress. Also did a quick search and i think we are dealing with a small network of automated phisher accounts. Most other Hi.'s have been offline for 80 - 100+ days only these three struck me as being phisher alts having the Steam logo and not being banned from Outpost . The ones inspected were the Hi right of Chi.cos, the one right under the one mentioned and the one above Maxigus. All are marked for the same facts as the one being reported, wich is not registered on Outpost probably trying to prevent being caught and banned from there.
