Invalid Hijacked account back to his owner

I posted a thread of my friend losing his account a month or two ago.

He now has his account back, and Valve disabled the hijackers' own account.

My friend still has the SR SCAMMER mark on him, and it's not needed anymore, since it's now the real owner.

Additionally ensure he changes his profile settings to "public" so this can be sorted out as soon as possible.
