Invalid Hijacked Account

Recently my account had been hacked by phishing and i had got my account back only much later. During the course of time, the hacker stole all my items and used my account and tried to take me friend's account too by phishing. I had immediately reported this matter to steam and they helped me get back my account and retrive my items but due to this factor my steam rep has gone. Now in websites like tf2 outpost they have banned me from trading due to this. I do not know much about steam rep so if possible could u kindly tell me or give me information on wat i am to do next. Now in websites like tf2 outpost they have banned me from trading due to this. I have uploaded the trade history as well as steam's reply as requested as evidence.
