Declined Hijacked for the second time.

    (I'm sorry for my little english and for the report, it's my first time i report here, sorry again.)
    Hi there,
    yes, second time. The first there was at 2 June 2012, and i was reimbursed only yesterday (17 July 2012).
    Today, when i got up, my pass were changed. I changed password (so creative that you can't imagine.), email, enabled Steam Guard (it was already enabled).
