How to add additional info to archived reports already submitted?

Just had a quick question. I was browsing SPUF and noticed someone already tagged a scammer attempting to try and use a new account. His old account was tagged SR Scammer, and he's on trade probation. Is there anyway to easily add info about an additional steam account he's using to his report? I'm not the person who originally reported him.
