How to get Caution tagged on a player?

Earlier I tried to report a player to get him tagged as caution and I gave all the correct info. Screen shots and all.

How do I pursue getting this guy tagged at least as caution?


He did attempt to scam or trick me!! I am way careful about these type of people, but what about the next person he tries to scam?

Then post in Scam Report area.

The format was incorrect and should have been the correct reason for the rejection of the report. I will fix this when I add the tag but in the future please check your formatting.

A caution has been added.
