Just for future reference, if someone scams you, do not close the chat window. You need to screenshot the window, with overlapping lines, and post them here. Even if he does block you, you'll still have the chat right there.
If you don't have any of that, I suppose you can post a screenshot of your trade history, but I doubt there's much that the SteamRep staff can go one from that.
