I responded to one of his MANY tf2outpost "buying keys for 5.88 ref" posts: http://www.tf2outpost.com/user/76561198018059754
He put down 11.77 ref in exchange for for 2 keys, then we chatted for a bit (obviously not a bot), and when he discovered that this was my last trade for the night and I was very tired, he pretended to have issues with change, taking and adding scrap / rec off the trade. Finally he claimed to be willing to put up 12 ref for 2 keys just to compensate for the hassle. When I hit trade, I realized I wasn't paying enough attention and there were actually only 10 ref in the trade.

Unfortunately, I didn't actually take pics of the trade, due to the whole sleep deprivation thing. Any way to confirm this by checking his / mine history? (The "how to report" thread mentions how to get the steam info, but not past trade history)

If you dont know you can go to your Inventory history by going to your inventory first then near the top right of the web page will be a small area that says ''More'' click it then it will give you three options. The very first option says ''View Inventory History'' click it, this will bring you to a history of who you have traded and what you traded with them. Take a screen shot of your trade with this user and post it here. If you need anymore information just message me on steam or reply back.
